Cashier
As a cashier, you're often the first person our guests interact with. At a neighborhood bakery, that moment sets the tone for their whole visit. We're looking for someone who's warm, quick on their feet, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and take orders with care and accuracy
Guide people through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
Keep the front counter clean, organized, and welcoming
Handle transactions efficiently without losing that personal touch
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Coffee knowledge is preferred, but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Front of House Team Member
Front of House Team Members are the engine behind smooth, welcoming service. This role is a great fit for someone who likes staying busy, takes initiative without being asked, and genuinely cares about the experience they're helping create.
Responsibilities:
Operate the cash register and assist guests as needed
Support baristas during busy service periods
Keep the dining room and patio clean, organized, and welcoming
Bus tables and clear dishes throughout service
Restock dining room supplies and service stations
Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and willingness to jump in where needed
Coffee knowledge or a genuine interest in learning more about coffee
Positive attitude and commitment to hospitality
